The shorter the wire, the stronger the signal. The longer the wire, the signal attenuation, interference and signal delay will
become apparent, this three big problem is the cause of the loss occurred.The wire length below 300cm can run at PCIe 3.0 full speed, more than 300cm signal attenuation.
Extended lines 10cm long loss of about 0.1%, 20cm long loss of about 0.2%, 30cm long loss of about 0.3%.

5. Why x16 graphics card measured only x4 or x8?
Although our motherboard has 16x interface ,the motherboard PCIe slots pins may not have full, it can not achieve x16, only x4 or x8 speed. So it influences graphics card performance.
